The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Production Front Line Manager to lead a shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll be responsible for delivering production targets safely, on time and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role on the shop floor, managing people, performance and standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and supervising a production team
• Delivering KPIs across safety, quality, output, waste and yield
• Managing attendance, performance and conduct
• Driving daily production plans and resolving issues in real time
• Ensuring compliance with food safety / GMP standards
• Maintaining accurate production and performance records
• Supporting continuous improvement activity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, food, FMCG, warehouse or similar
• Strong people management and performance management skills
• Confident managing absence, conduct and day-to-day ER issues
• Comfortable working to KPIs and production targets
• Good IT skills (production systems / reporting)
• Resilient, practical and visible leader
