To manufacture quality bakery products which comply to the relevant legal standards and customer specifications, working as part of a team to achieve the defined KPIs.

Essential:

• Recognised apprenticeship or relevant experience in a food manufacturing / baking environment
• Flexible and willing work across all plants and shifts as a baker (includes day and night shifts)
• Experience of operating bakery production equipment
• Good team player
• Good numeracy & literacy skills
• Good attendance and timekeeping record
• Promotes a high standard of housekeeping

Desirable:

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Manual Handling Training

Basic  IT skills
