  • Mapping out training requirement and assist the site with the building of training plans and schedules for all roles.
  • Coordinating with all functions in designing and developing training to ensure consistency of all training across site.
  • To deliver training workshops and sessions.
  • Identify and contribute in the selection of trainers on site.
  • Manage all the logistics for the training sessions and support in the delivery of training sessions through site of necessary materials, facilities, equipment and refreshments.
  • Maintain training attendance, records and materials.
  • Participate in the development of all training documentations including safe systems at work and standard operation procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the training activates across site.
  • To proactively identify, establish and cultivate relationships with key members of staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry legislation.
  • Identify effective ways to communicate and promote both training and compliance.
  • Liaising with external training providers
