We’re looking for a hands-on Training Coordinator to support the planning, delivery and administration of training across our site in Forest Gate.

 

This role is ideal for someone who started their career in an entry level role in Learning & Development, Training Administration, or an HR Admin with exposure to training coordination. You’ll work closely with managers, HR and external providers to ensure training is scheduled, recorded and delivered effectively.

 

This is not a senior or strategic L&D role. It’s a practical, organised position focused on making sure the right training happens at the right time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules for new starters and existing colleagues.
  • Book training sessions, rooms, trainers and external providers.
  • Maintain accurate training records and compliance data.
  • Track attendance, completion and refresher requirements.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting.
  • Liaise with managers to understand upcoming training needs.
  • Provide day-to-day administration support for L&D activities.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Training, L&D or HR Administration role
  • Experience coordinating or scheduling training
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or operational environments
  • Familiarity with training matrices, LMS systems or compliance training
