Job title: Site Operations & People Administrator

Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As our next Site Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our Glasgow site running like clockwork blending HR, payroll, and manufacturing data management into one dynamic position. 

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. From ensuring accurate payroll for our hardworking shift-based teams including overtime and allowances to maintaining up-to-date employee records and timekeeping data in SAP, your work will have real impact every day.  

You'll support HR compliance and documentation across the entire employee journey, while also diving into the operational side by managing production reports, tracking raw materials, and streamlining supply chain data. Plus, you'll prepare critical reports that help drive smarter decisions in both finance and manufacturing, from OEE performance to inventory insights. 

 It’s a role that blends precision, people, and process perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Your work will directly impact how smoothly our site operates, making you a vital part of our success story. 

The key requirements:  

• Proven experience in payroll and HR administration. 

• Strong SAP skills and advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). 

• A sharp eye for detail and the integrity to handle sensitive data with care.
