Job Title: Warehouse Operative 
Location: Glasgow
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour nights

 

Come and join the established Warehouse team at Hovis as a Warehouse operative, where you’ll join an experienced team and have the opportunity to grow and develop. 

 

What’s the role about? 

 

  • Picking and packing orders to help get our iconic Hovis products to supermarket shelves 

  • Working in a fast-paced comfortable warehouse environment (Only picking ambient products no frozen etc). 

  • Using pallet trucks, sort bakery products and follow systems to ensure accurate despatch. 

  • Supporting your team, keep quality high and work safely at all times 

  • Ideal for someone friendly, reliable, hardworking and happy on their feet 

 

Key Requirements: 

 

  • Warehouse/despatch experience (desirable) 

  • Good with numbers and good attention to detail 

  • Health & safety awareness 

  • Able to work under time pressure 

  • Strong team player
