Are you a passionate NPD/Innovation specialist? We’re seeking a Concept Development Manager to join our central functions team at High Wycombe; working cross functionally with our Technical, Commercial and Operations teams. 

 

The role: 
 

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. 
 
● To lead & support defined Hovis Retailer brand development projects 
● Translate & manage product ideas from concept through to launch 
● To provide site support across the UK on various projects. 

 

Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities: 
 
● Good technical, process & operational bakery knowledge 
● Confident in the use and functionality of bakery raw materials 
● At least 2+ years in the bakery manufacturing environment 
● Experienced in working with customers and providing customer product presentations 
● Experienced at working with bakery teams, understanding manufacturing and site Technical compliance requirements, providing clear direction and project delivery 
 
Desirable: 

 

● Craft/artisan bakeries background where you have been hands-on in the bakery
