Job Role

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Be the technical lead and provide support to the overall project management of key retail customer projects.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Manage the technical interface between key retail customers and the Hovis business, including overseeing NPD launches and ensuring all manufactured products are legally compliant and meet the retailer requirements.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Champion and drive the manufacturing standards required of the retailer across the Hovis business

<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Support and manage data flow between the retailer and sites around complaints, category benchmarking, nutrition and day to day queries.

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Key Accountabilities

Project Management:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Retail Projects:  Host and coordinate cross functional teams to deliver retailer projects.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Coordinate workstreams across commercial, supply chain and operational sites to ensure visibility of action status, issuing project reports, holding stakeholders to account and keeping the project on time.

 

Retailer Technical Account Management

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Provide the technical lead for all queries for a particular retail account
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Support and drive quality improvement / complaint reduction with sites
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Through the design and implementation of structured plans, actively drive improvement in Hovis manufacturing standards to meet retailer requirements.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Develop proactive technical plans to ensure performance improvement, with appropriate reviews with internal stakeholders and the retail customer.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Manage the day to day work streams attributed the project range of the retailer     
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Artwork review and approval
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Category benchmarking
