Job Title: Site Co-ordinator
Location: Nottingham
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off - 7am - 5pm
To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with people at all levels. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of compliance and accuracy. We’re looking for an individual who can take ownership of processes and ensure the smooth, safe, and secure running of site operations.
This role would really suit somebody who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with operational oversight. Your remit is to ensure the site remains compliant, secure, and audit-ready at all times. Your day-to-day activities will include managing site access and visitor processes, overseeing contractor compliance and documentation, maintaining access systems and ID controls, and supporting facilities administration.
As our next Site Co-Ordinator, you’ll be responsible for protecting site integrity through robust systems and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety, and security standards, while supporting the wider operation through effective coordination and administration.
The Key Requirements...
- Previous experience in an administrative, site coordination, security, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge where appropriate
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of compliance processes such as contractor management, access control, or health & safety procedures
- Competent in general administrative tasks, systems, and reporting
