An opportunity exists at Hovis Wellingborough to join a small team of manufacturing operatives responsible for operating the sites flour mills producing the highest quality bakers flour to Hovis bakeries. Site operations are 24/7 and the role requires this team member to work on a rotating 7 on then 7 off shift pattern alternating days and nights. In position the key tasks are supporting the mill process controller in the safe , effective and efficient  running of the flour mills whilst compelting of a number of sampling and product protection tests. The role has a blend of both physical and adminstrative tasks  compelted againts established procedures and routines. The uniqueness of the operation will see a full and detailled training programme implemented with a longer running development and learning plan enabling the deliverable of a fully skilled operator to be achieved.
