Analysing promotional performance and supporting promotional ROI reviews

Assisting with key data models and tools used to assess growth strategies
Helping prepare inputs for Customer Account Reviews (CARs) and the Sales & Operating Plan
Updating commodity, pricing or promotional trackers

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

As our next Controls Engineer, you'll need to be assertive and tenacious. Site Trainer FTC (Nottingham, GB)

Site Trainer – Operations

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Site Trainer for 12month FTC to plan, deliver and develop Health & Safety, Food Safety and Technical Compliance training programmes across the site. Working closely with department heads, you will help build team capability, improve skills and support overall site performance. This role reports to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging classroom and on-site compliance training (HSE, Food Safety, Technical).
Work with department leaders to identify training needs and develop structured training plans.
Manage and maintain the site training matrix, ensuring gaps are identified and addressed.
Coordinate internal and external training courses and act as the site contact for training providers.
Deliver site inductions and support on-the-job trainers across departments.
Maintain training records, attendance and documentation.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a Training Coordinator / Trainer / Learning & Development role.

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Class 2 Driver – Multidrop to join our award-winning Logistics team in Watnall.

As one of our Drivers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our iconic Hovis products safely and on time, ensuring they are ready to hit supermarket shelves each day.

This is an early start role, ideal for someone who prefers being on the road at dawn rather than working a traditional 9–5. You’ll complete approximately 20–25 deliveries per shift, providing first-class service while representing the Hovis brand with professionalism and pride.

Your day will begin by loading your vehicle before heading out on your route. Using the latest logistics technology and working with a safety-first mindset, you’ll build strong relationships with customers while ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in full.

Full UK Driving Licence with Class C (Category C) entitlement (maximum 6 penalty points)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Vehicle Services Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Working closely with the Vehicle Services Controller, you will help ensure our vehicle operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is not a workshop-based position. Instead, you will be working primarily on-site in the yard , supporting the inspection, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vehicles and trailers.

The Vehicle Services Technician plays an important role in ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant with regulatory standards, while supporting the delivery of excellent service through high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles and trailers.
Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment and recommend suitable solutions.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic system checks in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Replace or repair worn, faulty, or damaged components.
Conduct vehicle and trailer inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
Complete job cards, service reports, and defect reports, maintaining accurate records of all work carried out.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support and advice to colleagues when required.
Keep up to date with vehicle technologies, repair techniques, and training requirements.
Liaise with external contractors regarding repairs and maintenance.
Support the team by standing in for the Vehicle Maintenance Controller in their absence.
Assist with minor repairs and general yard maintenance tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualification in LGV Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or relevant trade certification).

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Warehouse Operative to support our Avonmouth operation. The role is responsible for ensuring all products for dispatch are assembled, quality checked, and loaded accurately to meet customer deadlines and standards.

Hours: Average start time 14:00 | 11-hour shifts (may vary slightly)

Key Responsibilities

Carry out quality and date code checks on products.
Remove substandard stock from the assembly process and replace with approved product.
Decant product as required for operational needs.

Ensure orders are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Comply fully with Health & Safety regulations at all times.

We are looking for a skilled Lead Engineer with a strong electrical and automation bias to lead a shift-based engineering team in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You will lead from the front, supporting complex fault finding, driving engineering standards on shift and acting as the link between engineering management and the shift team.

In your new role as our Production Line Leader, you will play a vital role overseeing and supporting a smooth and efficient production process within our Forest Gate bakery. Stores Operative (Nottingham, GB)

We are seeking a dedicated Stores Operative to join our team in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork are essential. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately sieve and weigh ingredients.
Rotate stock and handle items safely, including weights up to 25kg.
Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the role.
Follow standard operating procedures and safe working practices in line with food safety and health & safety regulations.

Despatch Operative (Nottingham, GB)

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Despatch Operative to join our team at our Nottingham site. You will play a key role in ensuring our products move safely and efficiently from the bakery to our customers, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and organise products accurately to meet customer demand
Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Forklift Truck
Use internal systems (Track & Trace, Put To Light) to manage shipments and stock
Load/unload vehicles and oversee bay and trailer checks
Maintain excellent hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards
Support audits, stock counts, and cross-department collaboration
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Strong team player with attention to detail
Flexible and committed approach
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Manual handling capability
Available for day and night shifts
MHE/Forklift experience (licence preferred)

Desirable:

Food Hygiene Certificate
Warehouse or despatch experience
Health & Safety knowledge (SHE Level 1)
